LoLo Bars, LLC ("Locally Owned, Locally Operated") is a hand-crafted edibles company that offers high-quality CBD-infused treats. We believe consuming CBD should be fun, delicious, and budget-friendly.

LoLo Bars sources ingredients as near-by as possible. When you purchase a LoLo product you are supporting local hemp farmers, local processors, local lab testing facilities, and local retailers.

In 2018 LoLo Bars began as an energy bar company catering to whitewater kayakers and rafters on the Ocoee River. When the 2018 Farm Bill passed LoLo’s began infusing bars with legal, lab-certified, processed hemp. As the CBD craze turned into a total health movement, LoLo’s redirected their focus to entirely CBD edibles.

Meet the Owner

Lauren Mindermann grew up in an entrepreneurial family with an understanding that hard work and dedication can turn a vision into a successful outcome with all of the right components. Mindermann graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tennesee Chattanooga with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Mindermann worked as a chemistry lab student-instructor, served on the student board of the Nutrition and Dietetics club, and became incredibly passionate about food science and clinical nutritional health. After college, Mindermann worked at Vanderbilt Medical’s Rehabilitation Hospital as a Diet Technician but ultimately wanted something different.

Mindermann leveraged her nutrition education, laboratory and clinical experience, and her passion for human health to build what is now LoLo Bars, LLC. When consumers express that her products relieved insomnia, pain, anxiety, pet trouble, etc. it assures Mindermann that LoLo’s is truly combining all of her true passions.
